You can't just wake up and say, I'm buying a house today and do it. There are steps to this.

Most of us who buy a house need a mortgage, this is something we understand. But one thing that often goes over looked is if you are real ready to be ready to buy a home. Is your banking right, what's the status of your job, do you have a dog and the list goes on. On top of that are you mentally ready for this?

Unless you're paid and laying in the shade, you will need a mortgage in order to buy a home. 

This class goes over the in's and out's of applying and getting a mortgage. We will discuss credit requirements, debt to income, types of mortgages and the application process.

The home search is more of a task than most realize. Balancing wants, needs and budgets is as hard it sounds. This sessions shows you how realtors get you into homes and breaks down home viewing best practices.

You found the home, don't get scared now. Time to put an offer on it.

Putting an offer on the home isn't as easy as saying I want this home. It requires strategy, insight and courage. You have to be ready and the numbers must work for you. Plus, there is the contract. We talk about it all in this session.

Closing day is your big day. It is when you officially become a home owner. This session will go over what you can expect at closing. We will go over what happens 72 hours before you close down to every document you can expect to see and sign.
