Practicum Group(s) is where bottoms lines are realized through teamwork, common goals, strategic process and doing the work. Our Practicum Group(s) is crafted to help new investors learn the ropes while reaching their financial goals with other like minded investors.

How it works

We find your why and connect it to our how and get to real estate(ing)

Practicum Group (s) will create mini groups of up to (4) investors. That group of investors will build a real estate business in order to secure a property. Groups will receive direct assistance from Teal House Company as they grow their real estate brand.
